[1] Alman Ztore #Suki is the store’s exclusive customer loyalty and reward system program and its totally FREE.
[2] The program is aiming the customer who purchased on a regular basis and earn points for each amount spend.
[3] A one-time registration is required to officially participate and join with the program. A registration link (QR Code) is available and all fields should be fill out correctly. Please make sure all entries are all correct and match the information on your Shopee profile account (e.i. Name, Address, Contact Number/s, etc.
[4] For each ₱500 worth of customer/buyer COMPLETED order/s, an equivalent of one (1) point to be added to customer Suki account.
[5] Every point is redeemable that is for everyone (1) point is equivalent to one (1) peso. (1pt = ₱1)
[6] The point/s is not convertible to cash.
[7] Point/s can exclusively be redeem or use only at Alman Ztore shop via Shopee.
[8] Redemption can be made thru the following guidelines:

Minimum amount of redemption is 10 points.
Points can only be use prior to check out on pending orders
Prize and reward will vary depends on the number of point/s incurred
A ‘request’ by the customer thru Shopee private chat message to redeem points
Wait for the admin to acknowledge and confirm your request and once the request is validated the store admin will then send further instructions on how to proceed.
For the time being, all types of redemption will be process manually.

[9] RTS will cancel member's Suki account including points incurred during the period.
[10] Inactive account within 3 months will automatically deleted in #Suki customer database including any points earned during this period.
[11]The process is still underway and probably will take time to perfectly polish therefore we are still open for comments and suggestions as well as we would like to ask for your deep understanding and patience.
